Common questions about our services

How far in advance should I book?
Ideally at least 24 hours ahead, but we can arrange last-minute transportation as well. For larger events and conferences, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can plan the logistics.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver automatically adjusts the pickup time — at no extra charge. After landing, you have a complimentary 60-minute window for baggage claim and customs.
What vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet includes sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class), minivans (V-Class), minibuses (Sprinter), and coaches for up to 57 passengers. We always recommend the vehicle that best suits your group size and requirements.
Do you cover destinations outside Prague?
Yes. We provide intercity transfers across the Czech Republic (Prague–Brno, Prague–Plzeň, Prague–Karlovy Vary and more) as well as international transfers within Europe (Prague–Vienna, Prague–Munich, Prague–Dresden).
How does invoicing work?
We invoice per ride, per event (conference, congress), or as a monthly summary covering all trips. Standard payment terms are 14 days by bank transfer. We also accept card payments — for example, when a guest pays for their own transfer. Invoicing terms can be tailored to your company's processes.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak English and are experienced in transporting international business guests and delegations. Drivers with additional languages are available upon request.
How does an ongoing partnership work?
Many of our clients work with us on an ongoing basis. Simply send us your request by email or phone — we already know your preferences, usual routes, and billing details. No need to repeat anything. We adapt invoicing to your internal processes — monthly summary, per-project billing, or individual rides.
