Frequently asked questions about our services

How many passengers fit in each vehicle?
A Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan seats up to 3 passengers with 2–3 suitcases, a V-Class minivan up to 7 with 5–7 suitcases, a Sprinter minibus 8–19 and a coach 20–57. For larger groups we combine vehicles and coordinate them as one job.
What is included in an airport transfer?
Real-time flight tracking, pickup time adjusted to delays at no extra charge, 60 minutes of free waiting after landing, meet and greet in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and an English-speaking driver. The price is confirmed in advance.
How does invoicing work for companies?
We invoice per trip, per event or as a monthly summary of all trips. Payment terms are 14 days by bank transfer; card payment is also possible, for example when a guest pays for the transfer directly.
Do you drive outside Prague and across the border?
Yes. We provide transfers across the Czech Republic (Prague–Brno, Prague–Plzeň, Prague–Ostrava, Prague–Karlovy Vary) and to neighbouring Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Poland (Prague–Vienna, Prague–Munich, Prague–Dresden, Prague–Bratislava). One vehicle for the whole route, fixed price quoted in advance.
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak English and regularly drive international business partners and delegations. Drivers with other languages are available on request.
How quickly will I get a quote, and what should I send?
We typically respond within a few hours on business days. Send the date and time, the route or flight number, the number of passengers and suitcases, and your company billing details. For events, the date and an estimated headcount are enough; the transfer list can follow later.
