Seven colleagues fit comfortably in a V-Class. A nineteen-person delegation takes a Sprinter. A whole incentive group fills a coach. We recommend the vehicle mix that matches your headcount and luggage — and for staggered arrivals, we coordinate several vehicles as one operation.

Group airport pickups in practice

What happens if the group's flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real time, so the driver adjusts the pickup automatically — at no extra charge. After landing, the group has a complimentary 60-minute window for baggage claim and passport control.
How many passengers fit in each vehicle?
Sedans seat up to 3 passengers, V-Class minivans up to 7, Sprinter minibuses 8–19, and coaches 20–57. For larger groups we combine vehicles and coordinate them as one arrival.
Can you pick up several groups from different flights?
Yes. Send us the flight list and hotel destinations. We stage vehicles for each arrival, meet every group in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and keep the whole operation coordinated — including delays.
How does payment work for companies?
We invoice per ride, per event, or as a monthly summary, with 14-day payment terms by bank transfer. Card payments are also accepted — for example, when a guest pays for their own transfer.
