Conference transportation in practice

How far in advance should we book transportation for a conference?
For larger conferences and congresses, as early as possible — ideally as soon as you know the dates and expected headcount, so we can reserve enough vehicles and drivers. Smaller events can usually be arranged within days.
Can you handle dozens of separate arrivals and departures?
Yes. Send us your transfer list — flight numbers, names, hotels. We track every flight in real time, adjust pickups when flights are delayed, and coordinate vehicles so each delegate is met in the arrivals hall.
Will we receive a single invoice for the whole event?
Yes. We issue one consolidated invoice per event (conference, congress), with 14-day payment terms by bank transfer. Per-ride or monthly invoicing is also available.
Do your drivers speak English?
Yes. Our drivers speak English and are experienced with international delegations. Drivers with additional languages are available on request.
